Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds or ribbons. I use a vegetable peeler to make cucumber ribbon.
Fill the pitcher 3/4 way with water, add the cucumber slices, lime slices, lemon slices, blueberries and mint.
If desired, add ice cubes to the pitcher to chill the water.
Gently muddle the cucumber slices with a wooden spoon or muddler to release their flavor.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse. Store in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
Serve the cucumber water chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Use the fresh produce where possible.
- Add ice to the water if serving immediately or to guests.
- Keep the pitcher lid closed at all times when it's in the refrigerator.
