Ingredients
 

  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1-2 drops liquid stevia - to taste
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt - to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper - to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

Step 1: Mix Acidic Ingredients

  • In a bowl or blender, combine apple cider vinegar, water, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, powdered stevia, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Emulsify with Olive Oil

  • While whisking or blending continuously, slowly drizzle in the extra-virgin olive oil until the dressing emulsifies.
